23’s Cleats for Kidz is a heartfelt initiative dedicated to providing children with the opportunity to engage in sports and outdoor activities by ensuring they have access to quality cleats. Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals, fostering a sense of empowerment, joy and community spirit.
At 23’s Cleats 4 Kidz, we believe that every child deserves the chance to pursue their passions, and having the right footwear is a critical part of that journey. Whether it’s on the soccer field, football field, baseball diamond or any other sports arena, we aim to equip kids with the tools they need to feel confident, comfortable and ready to take on new challenges.

23’s Cleats for Kidz is a nonprofit founded by Bentley Gerczak at the age of 9 years old. When Bentley won a pair of cleats and wanted to give back, he had the help of his parents to continue his passion to give back with starting: 23’s Cleats 4 Kidz. He wants individual athletes to be able to: “Look good, feel good, play good” so they are able to play to their fullest potential.

23's Cleats 4 Kidz is a nonprofit organization founded by Bentley Gerczak at the age of 9 years old in the beginning of 2024. His idea to help athletes with sporting shoes came to fruition with the help of his parents. Bentley loves playing all sports, but his passion is soccer. He has experienced having multiple pairs of cleats in one soccer season and felt there was a need to help. 23's Cleats 4 Kidz is based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin but all serves the surrounding communities.
